Installing Visqueen or Film Gard Black Plastic Sheeting on a Mobile Home

The uses for 6 mil black plastic sheeting are varied - whatever you need it for, we'll send it to you.  Often it is used to wrap houses, protecting the open ends of double wides from the wind they encounter during transportation.  Also commonly laid on the ground to create a moisture barrier.  Here is one of our installation reps preparing a mobile home with new plastic sheeting.

First of course you open the box


You'll need a ladder and your project prepped:



Unroll your black plastic sheeting.  Have a moment of full remembering being a kid flying a kite as you let the wind catch your sheeting.

Start stapling, keeping it straight!
